It was a great moment to present and discuss next-generation products and innovative use cases based on microservices, Gigya solutions, SAP Hybris Marketing, SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, SAP Hybris Service Engagement Center. Here’s a recap on the first ever SAP Hybris Innovation MeetUp 2018.
SAP Hybris Labs is always looking for new ideas how we can share what our colleagues from the product teams are doing and how this can be combined with the ideas created by Hybris Labs team. This is how the idea of an SAP Hybris Innovation Meetup was born. The MeetUps are designed to help our customers and partners to experience digitalization and innovation around the SAP Hybris product portfolio. We put our products into the spotlight and demonstrate their potential mixed with state-of-the-art business and technology trends.
Last week we had the honor to host our first SAP Hybris Innovation Meetup. It was successful, in terms of our mission and audience. We picked the 48th floor of our Hudson Yards offices in New York to set the right stage. The location is run by SAP Next Gen which we closely collaborated with to make this event happen.
The day started with our president Alex Atzberger welcoming the audience and sharing his vision and roadmap for SAP Hybris. Followed by a selection of four featured solutions SAP Hybris Marketing, Gigya solutions, SAP Hybris Service Engagement Center and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer. Each session was accompanied with an innovation showcase by SAP Hybris Labs.
But this event is not called for nothing a MeetUp. The day was planned to provide lots of opportunity to get into dialogues with other participants and product experts and time to explore the exhibition floor of 48th floor in Hudson Yards with its various showcases.
The event also marked the launch of casi.hybris.com, an incubator program that gives us the opportunity to act as a start-up in the spirit of Hybris’s roots, and explore the limits of machine learning, blockchain and other innovations with customers, partners and the next-gen community.
Thanks to everyone who attended and helped to organize this event, we are looking forward for the next Innovation MeetUp!
